She told you something wasn’t right. That took trust. We’ll take good care of it.

How it works

A referral isn’t done when the fax goes through. It’s done when she’s getting care.

A therapist reviewing exercises with a patient
  1. 01

    Refer

Fill out the form below, fax us, or call. Whatever’s easiest for your office.

  2. 02

    We reach out

We contact her within 24 hours by text and phone.

  3. 03

    We talk it through

A free discovery call, up to 30 minutes, so she knows what to expect, what the investment is, and which visit type fits her life.

  4. 04

    They start care

First visit usually within a week (sometimes 24 hours), at home, in our office, or online.

  5. 05

    You hear back

Once she schedules, we send you her plan of care. If she decides to go elsewhere, we’ll let you know that too.

We’re out-of-network, so we’ll be upfront with her about cost before she books. We provide superbills she can submit for possible reimbursement. Direct care, direct communication and direct results.
